How can I pay?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
If you have a Paypal account just login when prompted. If you do not have an account you can either sign up to open one with Paypal or choose to pay with debit/credit card without signing up. This is still through Paypal as it provides a safe and secure way to pay.
If you would prefer to pay by cheque please call us on 029 20 616108 so we can process your purchase. Goods will only be dispatched once cheque has cleared.
All our prices and payments are in GBP (Great British Pounds).
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
What is your delivery policy?
Delivery prices are listed in the item description for mainland UK standard post with insurance or recorded delivery. For locations outside of mainland UK, please send us an email on our contact page or call us on 029 20 616108 for a shipping quote. Alternatively, we are happy for you to come and collect from us in Cardiff.
Orders are normally dispatched within 2-3 working days. You can contact us at any time to query when an order will be dispatched by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the event of an item being damaged in the post please let us know as soon as you can and within 48 hours.
What is your returns policy?
We cannot accept returns on our vintage items so describe them as accurately as possible. Please contact us at anytime if you require any more information on an item before purchasing. Any other products (new or handmade) can be returned within 14 days but postage costs are non-refundable and return postage must be paid for by you. All returned products must be packed well and sent back to us via standard post with insurance or recorded delivery. Please contact us to arrange a return before posting the item.
